Error Messages


Status: Send failed:

 Status Code:400 Message:

No Pay Event information has been submitted to the ATO or you may have sent Pay Event information for a company your haven't registered on the Single Touch portal ","infoMessages":"Not authorised to submit: 5/18/2019 6:14:58 PM ABN: 51608xxxxxx"} 


Solution:


You need to add this entity to your Single Touch account first. Message shows you are not authorised for this ABN. Add the entity and the report will go through.



Error Messages

Solution:


Payer ABN is currently set to Zero. Open Payer screen and update ABN and ABN Code.




Error Messages

Solution:


Note the highlighted gap between the ABN and the closing Quote. This indicates that when registering the ABN on the Single Touch Account, the user entered a space after the ABN. Log into Single Touch Portal and edit ABN to remove the space.
