Lodge via SBR

After reviewing the information to be lodged, click the button highlighted below to transmit the data to the ATO.

This will bring up this screen. Tick the I Declare check box. Your user name will be pre-filled - change if required. Then click Generate Report.

You will see a Summary of the 'Payload' or data to be sent to the ATO.

The figures should agree with the figures on the Final STP Report Data screen. When you click OK, you will see this message:

When you click OK, your SBR Hub will be opened and the STP Report will be the top Report.

Select the Report (place tick as per above) and then click Lodge. After approx 15 seconds you should see a pop-up message as per below:

Click OK to close the message. You will soon receive an email advising the Report has been Lodged.

With the Report still selected, click Check Result:

After approx 20 seconds you should see the following message:

You will also receive an email advising the STP Report has been Accepted by the ATO.

It usually takes the ATO from 10 seconds to several minutes to process the STP Report, depending on how busy their server is. If a response is not yet ready, after 20 seconds you will see this message:

Click Check Result again. Sometimes you may have to click Check Result 2-3 times. You do not have to wait for a result, you can run the Check Result process at any time, even when you lodge you next report. To check the result later, simply open you Data Set file and click the SBR Hub button on the Main Screen, or from the SBR menu. With the SBR Hub open, select the Report and click Check Result. The ATO server will 'hold' the result until you retrieve it.
