Deleted Employee in MYOB

The employees in the Data Set file need to match with the Employees in the MYOB file. If after creating or Updating a DataSet file, you later delete and employee from your MYOB file, you will see this screen. This comes from Check Payees > Align Payees in Data Set with MYOB File.

The 'Deleted Employee in MYOB' Fix button on the Align Payees in Data Set with MYOB file screen will bring up this screen:

This screen will list the deleted employee(s). Select the Payee ID of the employee(s) you want to delete from this Data Set file and then click the 'Delete selected Payees from Data Set' button.

Once updated the Employee will be removed from this list. When the list is empty, click Close. This should return you to the Align Payees in Data Set with MYOB file screen and the cross next to 'Deleted Employee in MYOB'  should now be a tick.
